    This agreement (Agreement) between You and Orange Smile Ltd (Orange Smile) specifies the standard terms and conditions of the Direct to Consumer Discount Program (Program).

    Definition:

    Partner - any entity applying for the Direct to Consumer Discount Program as provider of discounts in their business.
    User - any physical or juridical person who registered in www.usmilehotels.com and generated a unique uSmile Discount Code.
    uSmile Discount Code - an automatically generated unique code consisting of numbers. It entitles users to a discount in the rates of the partner's business.

    Conditions:

    The Partner agrees to the following:

    1. The Partner will provide User with a 20% discount on total bills including food and other services if User is able to present a uSmile Discount Code to the Partner's establishment. The discount is independent of taxes.
    2. The User can present the discount code to the Partner either verbally or in printed form. How the User presents the Code is unimportant, as long as it is authentic and verified.
    3. The Partner will provide a link to Orange Smile's website from its homepage using anchor text indicated in confirmation Email.

    4. The Partner will fill the registration form with accurate details.
    5. In case there are changes in the Partner's business, the Partner will inform Orange Smile of such changes through the "Edit Partners" form.
    6. The Partner will deliver photographs of the Partner's facilities via e-mail.

    Orange Smile agrees to the following:

    1. It will include the Partner's data in the Orange Smile database and list it as one of its participating establishments in 48 hours upon the registration, the receipt of the photos and the link checking.
    2. Orange Smile will keep Partner's Records in database at least during 1 (one) year, if there is no infringement of this Terms and Conditions by Partner.
    3. It may exclude the Partner's records from the database anytime, should there be a verified complaint from a customer or failure to place a link to www.usmilehotels.com in the Partner's homepage.

     

    BY CLICKING ON THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND EACH OF THE SECTIONS OF AND PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH AND ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT ALL OF THE OBLIGATIONS INCUMBENT UPON YOU AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

  3. Submit the form and retrieve the confirmation email containing your log-in details.
  4. To change the information about your business enter with your User Name and Password in the Edit Your Data section.
  5. Give the link from your hotel home page to www.usmilehotels.com using anchor text indicated in confirmation email.
  6. After checking the link and verifying your business details, we will add your hotel in the database within 48 hours.
  7. If a client with a uSmile code approaches you, go to Verify Customer Code page and crosscheck the code.
  8. Apply the 20% discount to your client's hotel bill.
